Session Policy

All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth.

Information provided during sessions should not be used as a substitute for medical advice; always consult a medical practitioner. Any use of information provided within the session, is at the client’s discretion and risk. Neither Bridget Margan, or Pure Divine Healing can be held responsible for any loss, claim or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the suggestions made, the failure to take medical advice, or for any material suggested on third party websites.

You are responsible for the time and date of your session. All sessions will take place either face to face, or online via Zoom. If you are unfamiliar with Zoom it is important you acquaint yourself with this application prior to your session.

If you are late for the session Bridget Margan will do her best to accommodate you, but sadly cannot go over the time allocated for your session, due to her schedule.

If you feel the session is not working for you, or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. We invite you to know this within the first 15-20mins of the session and a full refund will be offered. If you do not say anything at the time, Bridget Margan cannot offer a refund later.

Bridget Margan requires 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of your session. If you cancel or reschedule on the same day as your session, or simply not show, $100.00 will be withheld and retained as payment for PLR, LBLR, CLR, FC and packaged service appointments, or 50% of full payment withheld and retained as payment for REH and SL appointments. If cancellation is given 24 hours prior to your session, funds paid can either be refunded in full, or held as a credit for use against future services. All credit balances must be used within a 6-month period.

Full payment for all services booked is required to be made at least 48 hours prior to attending your first session.

Liability Policy

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Bridget Margan or Pure Divine Healing be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal damage to self, others, loss of assets, or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use the services advertised we offer. Bridget Margan or Pure Divine Healing is not responsible for any liability or damage a client may incur whilst attending past life regression, family constellation, healing, or any of the other services we provide, or because of actions taken or mis actions, nor do we accept any responsibility for the information imparted in a past life regression, family constellation, healing session or any of the other services we provide. Clients must take full personal responsibility for their usage of the information provided. Bridget Margan and Pure Divine Healing gives no warranty on the choice of service you make. Full details are displayed on our web site as to what the service will entail. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection this remains your responsibility.

Contact details, personal and background information that might be relevant to the therapy process; signed client information form and confidential case notes (describing the main focus of the session with any important information).

What do we use your information for?

Any information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:

To personalize your experience. Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
To improve customer service. Your information helps us to more efficiently respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
To process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased order requested by the client.
To send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

Bridget Margan and Pure Divine Healing do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

Duty of Care Policy

Bridget Margan and Pure Divine Healing has a Duty of Care to clients and must screen clients for mental illnesses, before proceeding with a session. Therapies offered by Bridget Margan and Pure Divine Healing are deemed unsuitable for anyone who suffers from, or is diagnosed with serious mental illness, such as, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Multiple Personality Disorder and Schizophrenia. It is important that the client is honest about their diagnosis of mental health. If the client has been diagnosed with mental illness by their GP or specialist, Bridget Margan and Pure Divine Healing will not be able to facilitate therapies, unless the client has a referral from their GP or specialist, stating that the client is psychologically capable of experiencing therapy and that it is safe to do therapy whilst the client is on the medication. The referral must also state what medication the client is using and the dosage the client is currently on. Bridget Margan and Pure Divine Healing takes no responsibility if the client has not been honest about his / her mental illness, depression, and medication status.
